How to start an enquiry
The simplest way to begin is to start your saddle enquiry. Tell us a little about you, your horse and the kind of saddle you are looking for. Whatever you have easily to hand is fine at this stage — there is nothing to prepare in advance.
Prefer to talk? Just call or message. We are happy to arrange a phone or video call to discuss your horse, and we are glad to work around different time zones for our overseas riders.
What to expect
After your first contact, we will reply with our initial thoughts and the next steps. If it looks as though remote fitting suits your situation, we will explain what to send and guide you through every stage — see how it works for the full process. If it is not the right route for your horse, we will tell you honestly.
